- Legally determined preventive measures to eliminate a liquidity crisis (e.g. an impending insolvency) or over-indebtedness
- Supporting negotiations with creditors, banks or other stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of a restructuring plan or acting as a restructuring mediator according to the StaRUG
- Comprehensive advice and support in the case of a distressed asset sale (übertragende Sanierung)
