- From 1985-2005 acting as legal manager for the trade and service business of a global company group ( > 7 bn. USD turnover), of which more than 11 years as General Counsel with global responsibility for the legal matters of the company group, among which legal reporting and risk management, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Since October 2005 – acting as independent attorney with a focus on medium-sized companies in the field of commercial and corporate law
